The $3500 down came from the original lease offers we were looking at. I told the dealer if I could pay 3500 down to be out the door and be around the advertised 409/419 with the additional 2k miles and tax title all in fees incl(which weren't on the adv deals) we would have a deal.

Does that $7,000 incentive include the other discounts we qualify for? Military for myself and First responder for my wife as well as current honda owner?

What is my best approach when they re open Monday?

$7000 is the dealer incentive, and excludes anything else you or your wife qualify for.

Ask the dealer for a copy of the lease worksheet, and question anything you don't understand.

Any updated numbers for July? I'm debating a 'pull-ahead' offer for the base MDX. I am currently leasing a 2018 MDX base with 11 payments left to go (approx. 33k miles). Dealer has offered a monthly payment of $580, 39 mos, 10k miles:

Golden72 - That does not sound like a good deal to me. I just leased a base MDX, only first month due at signing, 12k miles a year, 36 months, and monthly payment of $402. I am sure the "pull ahead" offer complicates things and gives the dealer some extra room to pad the numbers.

I have a 2018 RDX advance leased w 1 year left. Dealer is offering taking it back w new lease of MDX advance Hybrid -sticker $60924. New lease would be 3yr 12k, $50222 cost and $8000 down pmt out the door= pmt for 36 months @ $577 per mo. Good Deal?

The 'pullahead' offer covers the rest of the payments of the current lease. No reason for me to end the lease early unless they offered a great deal...looks like I should wait a bit longer. I'm also curious when the 2021 model will be released. Thx.

That is true. Also, there is no pull ahead program that covers 11 payments. The dealer is giving you a lousy deal on the new one, to make up for the hit they take on your old one.

The selling price is the one you negotiate - as the incentives are factory to dealer, you have to account for them when figuring your best price.

For example, if the negotiated price is $4450 lower than MSRP, then you are paying MSRP, since the discount is all coming from Acura.
