Or is the higher money factor available to people with worse credit and Acura is trying to offset that with the higher incentive?

Got them to $1626 Total Out of Pocket, $501/mo incl tax. Waiting until very beginning of August as I have one more payment until pull ahead. Would be $516 including my car, but it doesn't make sense to pay just to get out of the lease a month early when inventory is high.

Couple questions. RV, MF and incentives for the high and low MF for 2020 MDX Advance AWD zip 22554 for 36/10K and 36/12K. We have 2 payments left on our 2017 MDX Advance AWD and projecting to be around 6K miles under contract miles of 36K at end of term. The Acura Loyalty Lease program allows you to roll over unused mileage into the next lease. Am I correct to assume that we need to make all 36 payments to get the roll over miles? Also, I see other posts have mentioned "pull ahead program". I don't see that anywhere on the AFS site. The incentives are pretty attractive right now, and as you have said before, the incentives don't always get better down the road..Thanks in advance!

It's possible that it might void the loyalty incentive (but I don't know that either)

I'll guess if you take advantage of it, it is as you suspect.. you could lose the ability to roll over mileage.

Wanted to thank all the moderators here for the patience answering all my requests. We finally got a deal we felt comfortable with and signed. We got a MDX base Red - MSRP $45,925 did a 36/10 sign and drive for $375 tax included ZIP code 33186.

So far as I know, the low MF and loyalty can be combined.

No information on how loaner/demo status affects the residual.
