You think the MF is .00128? Ask the dealer for confirmation - that's kind of a big part of the lease deal to be unclear about.

The last 3 quotes I had that was the MF so I am double checking but fairly certain.

The above deal also assumed they were taking a car from me in trade that I think they might have been holding back some profit on--I have since sold that car so hoping I can squeeze another $1-2K off the negotiated price but maybe I'm being greedy?

I see the words should and assumed and think in your post. You need to talk to your dealer, come clean about the components on your side of the deal, and ask them to do the same on their side.

The problem is you should have negotiated all this up front, when you placed the order. Now that the car is almost here, the dealer has the advantage, because you are likely not to want to start over with a different dealer.

Firstly, This car wasn't ordered, it was en route. I am not obligated to take this car, it was just equipped with as much stuff as we wanted on a car.

Secondly, this is probably the 10th car I have purchased from this dealer..I have good faith in being able to get a good deal done, was just writing to you after leaving the dealer and didn't have all of the details.

Thirdly I have some additional details now so hopefully we can get to the crux of whether this is a good deal:
1. MF is .00128
2. MSRP is 92395 Negotiated price is 86,500
3. Using $2750 of rebate money as Down Payment ($1000 Lease Credit, $1250 Loyalty, $500 Manufacturer portion of Test Drive program (the Dealer portion of that $500 came off selling price)
4. Drive off consists of First Payment, Taxes, Title, License (approximately $2500 based on $1100 estimated payment
5. ZIp Code 91362


Originally I had a Mercedes G-Wagon they were taking in trade, I have since sold this car so it's not longer a factor in the deal, I think the dealer may have been holding back profit from the original deal. $5895 ($500 of which is part of the Test Drive rebate) discount from MSRP doesn't feel fantastic to me?

Frankly I am thinking that the discount on this car should be at least another $2K which would be 8.54% and get my payment down to $1,030/month

That should take my payment to $1,049.

Yep. Just waiting for the car to arrive at dealer front the port. I’ve checked the deal with three other local, large volume dealers and nobody can beat it. One dealer got close but his car is $3K more expensive so the payment is about $110/month more and the options aren’t really worth it to me. THanks for the help as always and hope my deal discussion helps others.

But, the $3000 up front will include that first payment, so the cap cost is 87,958 - which then results in a $1133/mo payment.

Pretty close, but I'm doing some estimating and guessing.

The taxable fees include the $925 BMW acquisition fee.
