When asked with the dealership ,36months, 10k miles with 7% state tax is $748 with $3k down payment.
Lease hacker calculator gives me a completely different number.. what am I missing here.

What cap cost is the dealer using for their quote? What cap cost are you using?

Using the prices provided, I get $639/mo. My guess is that the taxes and fees are added to the selling price.

And, I wouldn't start a lease with $3K out of pocket; we recommend just the first payment and registration costs.

Thank you so much. I used a cap cost of 53999 and I was getting close to $640/month with 0 down. I'm not sure what's the cost that dealership is using. But in short the dealership didnt make sense because there was a car in a different dealership with MSRP of close to 67k, sell price of 60k,2019 x5 sdrive, with lease starting from 698 + tax.. and how can 54k selling price have same lease / month price

You don't know the fees or tax amount

Ask the dealer for the adjusted CAP cost, and an accounting.

How did you manage that much discount on a 2020? My dealers don't seem to want to go more than 5%

I negotiated 9% off - $62,057.45 total cost - Should i try for more then 9%?

I will receive $1,250 for Loyalty and $1,000 off for UDE event = $59,807

NY Tax at 8.75% - i plan on rolling into payment

Was quoted $795 per month with $1,000 total out of pocket.
