Thanks. I know MF is being marked up here...trying to get them to go with 0.00092 but they are not budging at this point. The zip is 19805.

The 5k would includes tax and fees, plus cap reduction. The dealer listed doc fee of 595 and another fee called “etch” of 499...I’ll need to go there and see what that is...

Overall the monthly is within my expectation but I know there is definitely room. Guess all depends on if I want to wait...

I'd shop multiple dealers, and have them work to earn your business.

I’d do that too...but my husband is the least patient person in the world and this is the first okay deal after a week into the shopping...well as long as he is happy...

Got a pretty good discount a lot of dealers said they couldn’t do much for the 2020s

The longer lease helps a lot in TX, where you pay tax on the full selling price, either way.

Well even with the higher MF, I was able to push them at month end. Wound up with a 2020 GLC300 4Matic w/ Premium Package & Power Moonroof. $48,845 MSRP. 48 month lease with 10K miles.

Wound up with $697/mo after $5,000 cap cost reduction, which includes 4 years of maintenance, brakes pads and rotors, wheel/tire coverage.

I was thinking of doing a 2019 which I would have likely received a great deal on but they were willing to do close to 10% off on the MSRP on the last day of the month.

The coupe is always substantially more to lease, than the SUV. I doubt that will ever change.
