Appears to be a massive markup to the money factor, to even come close to that payment.

Oh, I have no doubt about it. At base MF though, the car is roughly $550/month.

They marked up MF to .00165. They have a car that is VERY close to my configuration but not exactly what I want. I may just take that car. I wanted to order my car but I don't know what MF and Residual will be in December. I know December is usually the best month to lease a car, but will it get better than a .00092 MF? Do you think I should order and wait?

Can you share which dealer gave you this discount?

I was shopping in December in Chicago area (targeting 15% off), walked into three dealerships and got 6%, 12%, and 11% + my $1000 off certificate from MB which was expiring in 6 or so weeks out so probably wouldn't have got to utilize, that was dealer's guess at least.

Did you get the standard $795 acquisition fee, or did they mark it up to $1095?

I stopped off at a dealer yesterday where I know the sales manager, and I thought his price was high but, after reading the threads here, I guess he's a bargain (he told me he was giving me the employee price, as I have bought cars there before).
Sticker is 49,570.

I wouldn't bother negotiating doc fee.. just negotiate a lower price on the vehicle to compensate for it.
Insist on the base MF
$795 is the base fee. MBFS allows dealers to mark up the fee to $1095. Ask for the base fee.

I am not positive of MBFS single-pay MF discount, but it's likely .00080-.00100 reduction from the base MF.

If you are ordering, MB will not lock rates

.00306 is likely marked up, which is common on the AMG models.

I get a payment close to that; I'd guess the acquisition fee has been added to the selling price.

Frankly, I'd pass - on that dealer.
