AutoNation quotes are not presented well. The numbers you were given are for a purchase, not a lease. Tax amount is wrong (IL taxes the sum of the payments, not the entire selling price), and there is no mention of the bank acquisition fee of $795 (often marked up to $1095).

Ask them for the lease worksheet that gets the $634/mo payment.

Also ask them if the "AutoNation Price" is valid for a lease.

Thank you very much. I appreciate it. Also, there are two or three other non-Autonation MB dealerships within a half hour. How can I best leverage them against the autonation dealer that is only a mile away from me.

Thanks! Ended up doing a 36/10, same MF and 56% RV. All incentives, incl an employer fleet incentive, ended up being 15.5% off MSRP, which was great! MB on Capitol Expressway in SJ.

Thanks! Ended up doing a 36/10, same MF and 56% RV. All incentives, incl an employer fleet incentive, ended up being 15.5% off MSRP, which was great! MB on Capitol Expressway in SJ.
