    Hello,
    I've been quoted a lease deal on an Outback Limited with a MSRP of $35,309 and a sales price of $32,526. With a 36 month 10k/yr lease they are quoting me a 58% residual value and a .00070 money factor. With a local sales tax of 8.31% the monthly cost of the lease comes out to $421.34.

    Seems like the dealer is inflating the money factor from .00020 to .00070, correct? I am in Denver Colorado and the Dealer is in Aurora Colorado.

    Dealer can mark up the MF as much as .00050 for extra profit.

    This is Schomp? Tell them you want the base MF or you'll go to another dealer - we got our Outback from Groove and had a pretty good experience.

    From NH. Not sure about my deal after the fact...
    I leased a new 2020 Outback 2.5i Limited- loaded- 15K miles per year/ monthly payment (with 0 money down)= $448.00/36 months. Excellent credit.

    Destination & Delivery=1010.00
    SRP=37,680.00

    My previous 2018 lease for my Outback Limited was 399.00 for 42 months.
    Loved my car, but had an accident in Dec. that totaled it.
    Sales Mgr. told me that I should expect to add $30.00 to my price for every $1,000 above what my previous car's SRP was in comparison to the new Outback Limited.

    When we started the negotiating, the asking price point for my lease was crazy- and including putting money down $1,500-$3,000. Not an option for me.

    In hindsight, I don't think I got good deal- that I'm paying $20.00 more than I should have.

    Regardless, I'm happy I'm back in a new Outback.
    Pretty sure I'm on the planet now- post accident- because of my 2018 Outback.

    Your thoughts??

    recently leased a 2020 outback ltd 2.5....36mth/10k....58%/0.0002 MF zip code 10962....residual of 21850. paying $304/mth after getting msrp negotiation and $3950 drive off costs (taxes, acquisition, etc and $2k cap reduction)
