    Thank you for the info! A more general question - has Subaru's historically strong resale value started to take a dip in recent years? I ask because I'm looking back at my 2017 paperwork and basicaly the same vehicle in January of 2017 had an RV of .63. That change alone is going to make my monthly quite a bit worse. Are there any comparable vehicles that lease much better due to high RVs that I would be foolish to not consider?
    Signing tomorrow for 35 payments of $399 including tax with $0 due at signing on the Limited for 36/12. MSRP roughly $37,500. Subaru put additional loyalty incentives for Outback lesees about a week ago which helped. Thanks for the help!

    Please advise if these these amounts are good for 2020 Subaru Outback Premium in New Jersey 07731: acquisition fee $595, DMV fee $401, documentation fee $595, capitalized cost increase -$584 (don't understand why this one is negative amount). Thank you

    Acquisition fee is correct
    DMV looks pretty close, but we don't have exact numbers.
    Doc fee is entirely at dealer's discretion, and $600 is pretty high for nothing.

    Capitalized cost increase is most likely because you aren't putting enough upfront to cover fees and taxes, so the excess is rolled into the CAP cost (and payment)

    One follow-up question to your response. In the lease details, the capitalized cost increase was a negative value and the amount of $584 was reduced from Total Due at Signing. Does this change your answer? Thanks

    No.. the total amount you are paying upfront seems to be short of the amount they calculated as "Total Due at Signing". So, the excess was added to the CAP cost.

    That's how it reads to me.. I'm not looking at the document.

    Can you provide the MF and residual for a Limited 36/12 for zip 14623 please.
    The dealer provided a MF and residual of .00070 and 57% for a 2020 Outback Limited in zip 14623. I previously asked about 14424, which is within miles of 14623; however the numbers are so far apart,,(.00020 and 60%). Does that make sense?

    The dealer provided a MF and residual of .00070 and 57% for a 2020 Outback Limited in zip 14623. I previously asked about 14424, which is within miles of 14623; however the numbers are so far apart,,(.00020 and 60%). Does that make sense?

    .00020 MF and 60% is correct.. everywhere.

    SMF allows dealers to markup the rate by up to .00050 for extra profit.
