    I am in Northern Virginia with zip 22304. What kind of residual values and MFs am I looking it for this month?
    Are there any dealer cash or other incentives? What $ discount amount is reasonable for this vehicle?

    I confirm those numbers.
    It looks like you confirmed that 0.001 is the right MF for a Limited XT which is different than what you posted just above (0.00135). Same lease duration and zip codes in the same area. Does mileage allowance affect the MF?
