    Hi,

    I am looking to lease a 2020 Subaru Outback Premium.

    Cook County Illinois with zip code 60056. What kind of residual values and MFs am I looking it for this month?
    Are there any dealer cash or other incentives or lease pull ahead available? I have about 6 months left in my 2018 Legacy lease. What $ discount amount is reasonable for this vehicle? 36 months\10,000 miles.

    Yesterday I received an offer on 2020 Outback Limited for a 36/10 lease (I asked for 36/15). Anyway, below are the details using their terminology. Something seems amiss:

    MSRP: $37,740.00
    Price: $33,846.73
    Adj. Residual: $22,644.00
    Rate (MF?): .00055
    Acq. Fee: $595.00
    Doc Fee: $799.00
    Taxes: $1141.03
    Govt. Fees (?): $1087.50 (registration, tag & title should be about $300)
    Cash: $3,000.00
    Mo. Pmt.: $399.00
    # Advance pymt: 1

    I was told orally that the down payment was $3,000.00. I presume that's what "Cash" represents. Based on my calculations, the monthly payment should be $266.57, not $399.00. Also, it seems that the Adj. Residual is 60% of the MSRP. Shouldn't it be 60% of the capitalized cost? Any help or explanations are appreciated.

    With those prices, and assuming a 7% sales tax rate, I agree with that payment.

    Do we know April info yet for incentives, residual % and MF yet? Not making the purchase until then since only a few days left in March. Do the numbers change much month to month?

    April numbers start on Wednesday, April 1st. We don't have any prior knowledge.

    They could change a lot, a little, or not at all.
