    I forgot to mention this is for 12k miles a year for 3 years. For the Outback Premium with Package 15, they were giving me a MF of .0006 on 2/2/2020 when on 1/31/2020 it was .0001. Is this correct?

    No. Residual Value changes based on mileage.

    There is a base MF by the captive, which is the leasing/financial arm of the manufacturer. Dealers can mark it up for extra profit, regardless of the chosen mileage in the lease. For base MF, you need to meet minimum credit scores.
