    Honda finance acquisition fee is $595
    Dealer + DMV fees in TX generally run about $300-$350 (but, be sure and ask about dealer fees)

    Technically, you could negotiate a dealer/doc fee, but it's easier to just find out in advance what they charge, and adjust your offers accordingly.

    DMV and acquisition fees are not negotiable

    I am leasing a 2020 Honda Civic Sport Sedan ((2.0L 4-cyl. CVT Automatic). The dealer offered $235/mo for 36mo/12k miles. At signing, I will have to pay $535 (first month plus fees). I was wondering if this was a good deal or if I should negotiate for a better price? Thank you in advance!

    Money Factor is .00148 and Residual Value is 56% ($13423.20) and you discount is $3650 from MSRP. Selling price 20320.

    I pushed back on the RV% stating its 62% they said they checked again and its 56% for 75034. isn't RV% published by dealer or where are you getting this info

    Dealer was using 2019 and not 2020. but another dealer in Ft Worth came back with a sweet offer for 2020 civic sport
    For a standard 36/month 12k miles yr lease, with only your first payment of $255 down, your monthly payment would be $255/month.This lease is based off of the above pricing. My internet pricing includes all available discounts with an incentivized money factor for qualified buyers of .00202 The residual value of the car is 62% = $15,177.60 No other fees, nothing hidden. DAS with just $255 down.
