Acquisition fee is correct from Lexus Finance.

I don't think the government fees in FL add up to $687. Many FL dealers like to include "service charges" in their number.

Doc fees are at the discretion of the dealer.

If you feel the fees are too high (and, they are), then adjust your offer lower accordingly.
This is a good lesson. Find out what fees they charge, before you haggle over price.
