The (nice) salesperson I'm working with speculates that the MF will really jump in Feb ... not sure if you have the Feb info yet too (too early?), but if so that would be helpful too.

1) Is there such a thing as a 10k lease for the Honda Pilot? You only listed 12k. He's said we can do a 10 but is offering me the .59 residual. Not sure if he is making up the 10k version or if its a real Honda thing.
2) He's offered me a price of $44,040. I've asked for a reduction. I'm guessing $43,500 is a decent price. If you have any perspective on those numbers it would be valuable.

I'm actually considering buying it too given I thought I saw 0% financing deal for the Pilot ... that is tempting. Thank you again!

Honda now offers a 10K allowance - add 1% to the 12K residual I provided above.

You’re right. Cap cost was $44,904. I’m within $1 using this. They did not include the $1,000 loyalty so I’m going to try to get that in and negotiate the price down an additional $1,000. Should get me to right around $595/mo if I can get both of those over the finish line.
