Looks like you might be in an area that is part of the Subaru Northeast distributor. We don't have their numbers. The rest of the country gets the numbers we gave you.

The dealer gets $200 from SMF for writing the lease. If they markup the rate, then they get a percentage of the increase, instead.

Can someone help me understand how to calculated a lease payment when buying miles adead of time at $0.10 a mile. None of the calculators I find have this in them.

I know that whatever amount is paid for extra miles reduceds the residual.

I don't know if it's as simple as adding the number of miles x $0.10 to the selling price or fees and then reducing the residual by that same amount to calculate payment.

Here's a copy of the lease sheet the dealer sent me for Touring XT zip 14450, 36 months, 15k / year, with extra 6000 miles per year and I'm trying to duplicate these numbers.

No, by reducing the residual, you will increase the depreciation by the same amount. So, you'll have $600 more to pay over the life of the lease.

MSRP 32009. Out the door 29997. $3K down monthly payments $330/month including state Tax @10%
so actual dealer deal is $300/ month. Then Pa. gov't greedy hands wants to spoil the fun.
