    Please let me know current RV & MF for 36/12 or 36/15 Zip 07628

    I'm sure this will need to be re-evaluated when the car arrives as programs will change but this gives a good baseline. If forecasting can be done, please fire away as well. Thanks so much in advance. Searching for a car deal in todays market will be a time to remeber forever. Now it's about figuring out whether to lease or buy. Cap cost $39,000 (tier1 credit)

    Thank you and much appreciated for your prompt reply to my request with the info. One question - compared to my previous Outback lease initiated about 1 1/2 years ago - this MF and residual seem very similar (MF a little higher, but residual also at a higher %). Given that, I saw a comment earlier in this thread along the lines of "lease terms are not very good at this time, and purchasing rather than leasing, is usually the better option." Curious if there are other lease factors driving this pessimistic view other than the MF and residual value?

    Lack of discount from MSRP. Instead of spreading the higher price over 60 or 72 months of financing, you'll pay it over just 36 months on a lease,

    Also, do you know the cost per mile for additional miles up front? Back in 2019 I did 36/15 and purchased additional miles for $.10 per mile. Wondering if it's still the same.

    Hey, I've got an interesting situation I'd like to share with the group with a little help from you. I'm looking at the Outback LIMITED (MSRP 35,895 - Invoice 33,483), or the PREMIUM (MSRP 31,501 - Invoice 29,480). As deal ammunition I have Subaru's VIP program (invoice less 2% includes accessories/programs), a 750. loyalty coupon for lease/purchase, and a 19' Impreza hatch (Limited) trade-in with 14.4K miles that should net me 3K+. What am I looking at for 36/10? Good or great deal in zip code 11222? There are deals out there...
