Hi Guys, I need some help with a potential lease:
Subaru Outback XT Limited - 3 year 36k
Market Value Selling Price (not sure what the difference is from MSRP) - 40,400
Adjust Price including Doc fee, Tax and Non taxable fee - 38,840
1500$ down (drive off)

Im getting quoted at 490$ per month, is this a good price for zip code 90029?

I would find out the MSRP, for certain.
If the MSRP is the same as Market Value, then the deal seems reasonable.

Get a look at the actual sticker.

MSRP from the sticker is $40,398 including destination and delivery. Without the D&D, it is $39,223.

Seems like the Market Value Selling Price is indeed the same as MSRP.

7.5K not offered by Subaru.

Right, but you have to add the taxes and fees to the purchase price, first, then apply the trade equity. That's the number you need to get from the dealer.
