I've been looking at 320 and 328 for a few months, I think I have a good deal that I will probably take up but I keep hearing different numbers recently so I'm a little unsure if I should take it or wait
2015 320i 37395 MSRP Selling 33525 MF .00129 RV 65% 36/10 $0 cap cost reduction No MSD 9% sales tax Monthly $375 including all fees rolled in and taxes

Residuals can't get much better than they are right now.. The 328i residual is 1% higher, if that makes a difference to you...
If you are waiting for a good lease deal on a 3-series, the time is right now.
on a 39,000 MSRP 2015 320i Xdrive BMW, I was offered the following:
36 months 10,000 miles 2,450 MSD 65% residual money factor dropped to .00089 from .00129 1650 up front, taxes rolled in. 349 including taxes. Im not sure of the sale price yet, He might have said in the 36,000s. but with my monthly, it could be lower.
any thoughts? This is my first car I'm leasing. Really need some help

*Correction, new MF is 0.00081
MF should be .00080 after MSD. We would need to know the specific selling price in order to model a payment.
Can you kindly post the residual and money factor for 2015 M3 and M5 36 or 39 month 12k miles. Are there special incentives or rebates available for November? Thanks
Best terms this month are for 39 month leases.
M3 - .00130 and 59%. $1000 holiday cash.
M5 - .00130 and 57%. $2000 holiday cash.
What kind of discounts do M5s go for? No more than 4-5%, yes?
My numbers (with security deposits) show $1,200+ a month. That's pretty much the best you are going to get on a BMW M5 lease, no?

Given the scarcity of M5's, if you can get 4-5% off sticker that's doing pretty good.
Note that there is no longer a 39 month program available for the M3 or M5 in March.
Thanks Kyfdx! looks like the April numbers changed since March.
Here is the deal that is being proposed to me now that we are in April 2015:
2015 320I with premium package, driver's assistance package and wood trim, 12,000 miles and 36 month lease
[1] MSRP = $38,550 [2] Sales Price = $33,686 [3] Adjusted Cap Cost = 36,142 (which includes 1st payment and all taxes and fees as this is a true sign and drive. I have $0 out of pocket and my next payment is not due until 30 days after I drive off the lot ) [4] Residual = 63% [5] Money factor = 0.0013 [6] 1st payment is made by dealer, remaining 35 payments = $445/month (which includes taxes)
Does this sound like a good deal? Would you challenge anything, and if so, what?
This is a deal though my company that gets a fleet discount.

I'm getting $408 before tax, so that quote seems about right, depending on your tax rate.
You can either buy down the MF with MSDs, or negotiate a lower selling price - either will lower your payment.
Multiple Security Deposits ... the monthly payment rounded up to the next $50, that will reduce the MF by .00007. A maximum of 7 of them can be applied.
You get the MSD money back at the end of the lease term.
BMW UDE drive offers $1,000 towards new car. On a lease is this best used directly towards negotiated price? Example negotiated price $44,000 apply UDE $1,000 turns negotiated price to $43,000. Or is it better utilized as a cap cost reduction on the monthly lease payment? To be honest, I do not even know if there is a choice on how it can be used.

What is UDE? If it's some sort of incentive, it can be used in a couple of different ways -
1. reduce the cap cost of the car, much like a rebate 2. use it to offset some of the up front costs (first payment, acquisition fee, etc.)

[1] residual
[2] money factor (excellent credit)
[3] What is typically the invoice price? is it about 6% off MSRP?
.00129 MF and 64% residual
Invoice is probably -7%, but you can build your own car, using the tabs at the top of the page, and Edmunds will give you the invoice price.

You probably don't have a choice, but it makes no difference in the payment, either way.
