Seems a bit high to me. I can lease a $50K Hyundai Genesis for $50 a month less than that with 15K miles per year. The new Accord doesn't seem to lease well yet since it is brand new.

Looking at Honda's website, it appears they only offer a manual transmission with a 4-cylindar engine??? I don't understand, unless I misread the site. Looks like my only alternative now is an S4. I hear maintenance is higher, but I'd rather enjoy what I drive.... very disappointed with Honda & Acura. Had a 6-speed TL but was hit in traffic and was a total loss. I guess that was the last 6-cyl, 6-speed car they made. All that's left is a 4-cyl..Why????

Yes, Honda stopped offering the manual transmission with the V6 a few years ago, much to the consternation of Honda owners everywhere.

Unfortunate that they added the sporty stuff, but didn't leave some of the other amenities. I'd like a moonroof, at least. It's not going to be an autocross or track car, even with a stick.

Weymouth Lease Calculator showing 288 a month plus tax with minimal down for 3 year ex-l 2016 lease. Must be at least 1k under invoice by now - Lots of them on the lots now and some of the larger dealerships have to sell 1 a day on these accords so don't get screwed when you buy - wait till end of month and hammer 'em! GL.

137 DMV fees (transferring plates)

The original offer that was presented to me:

269 per month
3100 - taxes, fees, dmv, 1st month.
I quickly dismissed this deal as the fee break down included 895 bank fee.

What do you guys think?

and Does it also have the LED headlights?

The deal is great for you car being in Newyork .

Destination and Handling is on the sticker... it's just part of the MSRP.

All leases come with an acquisition fee (aka bank fee). That money goes to the leasing bank.

Any model with EX and above come with Apple's car play and android. I really like apple car play but I am unable to try android play. Apple map or google map is displayed on the second screen when your phone is connected into the USB port.

Bank fee was 595

The MSRP was based on the cars value, in this case 26,280.00, plus the destination fee which was 820 for a total MSRP of 27,100.

Feedback is appreciated! I need to know if this is a good deal. Sorry, I don't have the selling price or any other info, I simply shop dealer to dealer based on payment to keep the math simple for me. I figure the lower the selling price, the lower the payment.

This is the best offer I've gotten so far on a 2016 Accord Sport Automatic (MSRP 25,7XX)

24 month lease, 15k per year: 338
36 month lease, 15k per year: 293

Both of these leases are 100% sign and drive with EVERYTHING rolled into the lease, including first month's payment.

Feedback?? By the way, in PA so lease tax is 9% here (included in the payments above)

It's really hard to comment without knowing the prices .. one may have a lower selling price but tack on more in fees, so it's not always easy to follow the numbers.

This is a general lease question. I hope it's OK to post here. I'm considering leasing for the first time. I'm wondering if Honda offers better lease deals at certain times during the year? For example, do the rates typically drop at the end of the year, or Presidents' Day? I'll probably consider an Accord or Civic, if that matters. Thanks!

If you shop based on payment and refuse to look at all the numbers you deserve to get killed on a deal, the dealerships will love you. That said, I'm guessing the offers are high by 20-30 dollars a month.

Just signed a deal last week in Miami for a 2016 Honda Accord Sport for 12,000 miles and 39 months.
MSRP $25,785
Selling Price $22,451.21
License, Title, Registration $139.95
Acquisiton fee $595
Dealer fee $799
Gross Capitilized Cost $23,985.16
Residual Value $14,955.30
Dealer options installed: wheel locks, door guards, accent stripes, and a few other things.
I only paid the first payment of 268.99 upfront to drive off. Everything else was rolled into the lease. My monthly payment is $268.99 which includes 7% tax.
Do you guys think I did okay?

Just signed a lease on a 2016 Accord Sport Sensing. MSRP- 26875 Price 25000 (at three dealerships) $3K down covered all costs and out the door with 39 mo. 12K at $232 mo. Color is Obsidian Blue Pearl. the way to figure the interest rate is to multiply the factor number by the no of months (adding two zeros). Residual is $15276. 3900 X .00051 = 1.989. They did beat me up a bit on trade - beloved but somewhat battered 09 CRV EXL with Nav but it needed about 1500 in body work, paint and 300 to repair the worn and torn driver's seat leather and gave me 13K on trade. I could have sold it on for about 15K after repairs but didn't really want the hassle. (I,m old and tired)

Looks like a solid deal. However, to convert the MF to an APR you multiply by 2400, regardless of lease term.
