    I would say that you got a very good deal. I just closed on a deal today on the same trim level and options, and I put $3k total down covering fees and taxes, and a monthly of $318. Just eyeballing it, seems like you are coming out around $300 total ahead of me, and I thought I got a great deal. I was quoted these numbers from a dealership in Brooklyn, and a dealership upstate matched.

    Instead of the 6.25% of the sale price,  I believe they charge just 1.2% lenders and members fee.

    They structure leases to result in a payment that they think will sell cars, while still making the manufacturer money. It doesn't have to be logical.

    .00006 and 52% for 36/15. Subtract 1% for 39 months.

    I think you can do better. Read back through the last page or two of this discussion.

    We do not recommend making a down payment on a lease - if the car is stolen or totaled, you lose that money.

    With a CAP cost of invoice, the payment is $527/mo. plus tax.

    You need a CAP cost of over $3000 under invoice to come close to $450/mo.

    There's about 4k dealer cash which dealer can use at their discretion. Dealers wanting to move cars are giving up all of the 4k to the consumer. So 450 is not out of the realm of possibilities. Your bet would be to find a dealer that has a car in stock that has the options you are seeking. Chances are they won't swap out a car and give you the entire dealer cash incentive at the same time.

    I've been tracking this forum for some time now, and seeing a 20% off msrp deal is certainly within reach. That is only a rule of thumb.

    As far as monthly payment it depends on whether you are looking to lease a 42k vehicle or 55k vehicle. Miles and packages make a significant difference in leasing as there are different residual values for no premium and premium vehicles. If you go back 10 pages and start reading, you will learn quite a bit about pricing on your particular selection.

    Picked up my first lease yesterday in San Diego.

    2015 Q50 RWD w/ Premium + Navigation + Moonroof.  39 Month lease with 10k a year.  

    MSRP = $43,345.00
    Paid zero drive off, $384.03 a month including taxes/dmv/fees.  

    Anyone else interested the dealer has a few more avaliable.

    I'm in the Atlanta, GA area and trying to figure out what my best lease scenarios would be for a 3.7 Premium without nav or any of the additional packages - I'm thinking cars with an MSRP of $41-43k and owing no more ~$500-1k at signing.

    I'll assume RWD as you are in GA.

    39/15 numbers are .00030 and 51%. Add 2% for 12K.

    One thing to keep in mind is that in GA, you'll pay an "ad valorem" tax of something like 6% against the entire selling price of the vehicle. This will substantially raise your lease payment compared to other posters.

    Is this RWD or AWD? The lease numbers are different.

    Next, ask the dealer what the "net cap cost" is - probably going to be higher than the selling price. Find out what's been added.

    Finally, find out what your up front costs are going to be - first payment, bank fee, dealer fee and DMV costs are pretty standard, but some could be added into the selling price.

    And any help on what exact incentives are out there? Anyone? I see there's about $2700 from invoice to MSRP and previously someone stated a $3750 Factory to dealer incentive? But I also saw where someone said $7800 off so I'm missing about $1500 somewhere...(and I don't want it to be from me!).

    Seems like this is a great forum for comparison on lease deals.im looking to Lease the 2015 q 50 premium awe that two dealers are offering leases for about 387.00/month. The cars have an approximate msrp of 47k. They both have roughly 3300 in upfront trade allowance on my existing. These are the premium q50 with most of the features other than the tech and sport packages. Any thoughts are GReATLy appreciated, as these deals expire this week.  This is for a 15k /year lease in Minnesota.
