Hi, I went to lease a 435i and was getting ready to sign the contract but my numbers were not matching with the dealers. Dealer gave a figure of $584 vs my estimate of $530 and I cannot figure out where am I going wrong. Information for the car is:

MSRP $60,790; Final price $52,259; Residual $35,258 (58%); MF 0.00122; Tax 6.25%; Other fees $925.

Is this a good deal? What should be the monthly lease payment? Please help with any feedback or advice. Thanks!

If the "final price" is the CAP cost, and it's 36 months, then the payment is $579/mo.

36k miles (Michigan, Detroit suburbs)

Msrp 65k (includes the mppk and m performance exhaust)

They mentioned about $1500 in incentives, when I asked about 5% discount off msrp, he balked at me and said "we don't just do that for everyone."

I'm a complete newbie at leasing, I plan on doing the max 7 MSD.

What should I look for in the lease terms.. I haven't gotten the numbers yet.

Would you mind sharing numbers on 2016 428 convertible for 36m/15k. What is 7 MSDs? I can't find the car I want because all of them have a ton of options but I might just order one with ZERO options in Silver and roll the dice on the MF, Residual, and rate then, but I just wondering if I can get close now.

I am also ok with a 1-pay lease if that helps.

LASTLY: There is another car 2016 428 convertible with MSRP of $58,720 (doesn't say what options:weird I know), but wondering if you can get me Residual, MF, and any incentives on this.

Current BMW numbers expire today, 1/4/16. New numbers for January will be available later this week.

How many miles are on the car? The calculated residual of 58% of MSRP will be reduced by about .15/mile.

As is, if the sell price is the net cap cost, I get $503/mo + tax.

There is no "option allowance" on the 2015 model. There is $1500 "buildout cash".

We can't calculate it without the selling price and/or CAP cost. Also, the MSRP.

There is a $1250 incentive, and you can be sure they included it in the $6000 discount from MSRP.

Those are the base rates, with no markup, plus a healthy discount. The calculations are correct, as well. Looks like a pretty good deal, from here.
