I'm looking for lease info for the 2017 Kia Sportage, in my case SX 2.0 Turbo AWD model. A credit union tool notes the residual for 24 months, and 10K miles was 75% (73% for 12K). This seems exceptional.

For those of you in-the-know, for both 24 and 36 months, 10K and 12K miles/year, what are the

    I can do UT or CA, or WA. UT is perhaps easiest, but it's less competitive, so Southern CA or WA is pretty easy. Thanks.

    .00156 MF and 65% residual for 36/12

    Add 1% for 10K/yr

    No lease cash. No incentive info. No patterns

    Nice residuals. Q: Once those are set, do they typically stay the same for the model year? Or, at least 6 months?

    Q: The credit union tool indicates a 'Add 2% for 10K/yr on the 36 month', and 1% Add for the 10K with 24 months? Can you double check the 36 month Add?

    Money factor of .00120 MF/2.88% and .00156 MF/3.74% aren't great. Q: Would these be lower with a FICO of 800+? (Sorry, I should have put that in the original post.)

    With these residuals, if down the road there is some lease cash, and/or incentives, and better MF, this could work well.

    A new program comes out monthly. The residuals won't always change monthly, but they will definitely be different in six months.

    +1% to go from 12K/yr to 10K/yr.

    The money factor is for top tier credit.

    Numbers are the same for both states - .00117 and 62% for 36/12. No lease cash.

    Wow thanks! So both my local dealerships are trying to charge me $100 more per month. I used to sell Kia's for a few months and knew they were *****ing me around. Now if only we could order cars like Tesla does.

    Assuming this is an EX AWD, the base MF for top tier credit is .00147. The credit bump alone adds over $60/mo. to the payment.

    I have a Sorento out on test drive, and the first deal sheet lined up exactly as you provided - just a marked up MF.
