I'm currently leasing a '15 that's due in May, what they're quoting me now for the 16' is rediculous.

Currently Im paying $633 for 24/12k on a 57k f sport 52500 otd I think can't remember. 0 down no money out of pocket

Mercedes E-Class seems to lease out pretty well.

I helped my parents get the 2015 350GS in December, $495 per month include tax, 36/12k, 0 down, 0 drive off. Just handed them the keys. I should have took the deal too but wanted the 2016s...Since its a new refreshed style I was told its going to be pricey at first but should come down as months progresses. Wait till the fall.

As for other brands, if you want something in the high 500s, try the Mercedes E 350. the 2016 model is coming out in June so the lease deals will get super better in May.

Just saw the lease deals people are getting int he Clublexus site. Someone just got this deal:

Sold to $50,900

In NY on a GS 350 AWD was given a MF of .00120 and RV of .52 told these are the new April numbers for 36/15k.

True?

Being that the first draft included tax on the whole car (only tax on payments in NY) I am skeptical.

In South Florida, i'm .looking to LEASE a 2016 GS350 RWD Premium package. The negotiated sales price is $47,180. They are offering:
12,000 miles year
$628/month
$1,700 due at inception
Maintenance free for 3 years ($1,300 value)
Key Replacement ($400 value)

They say the MF is .0012 with a .55 Residual.

Question: Is that a good deal? Are you seeing better deals her in Florida?

Sorry if the question is a bit amateurish. This would be my first lease!

What is the MSRP?

MSRP is $52,815, on top of that is the Maintenance Package and Key Replacement (which i really don't need the key replacement).

With those numbers, I get $595/mo.+tax.

Seems like they are right in the ballpark.

Just picked up a 2016 GS350 for my 80 year old Mom.. MSRP is $53,360. Has Safety Plus and Park Assist which we wanted for her. She had a 2014 GS350 lease ending so we received the $3000 lease cash towards the new Car. 36 Months 10000 Miles Per Year. Payment is $523 including 9% LA County Tax. Total Drive off was $1,360. Great Deal !!

Is the lease cash still available? They only sold 1,000 GS vehicles last month. Doesn't really seem like they're trying to move these, at all.

Either .00100 or .00120 (Lexus numbers are regional - I don't have the numbers for NJ but I show these two different MF for different parts of the country) and 54% (36/12) or 52% (39/12)
