    More details on my deal... I feel like I'm getting taken but I don't know exactly where

    GS350 Non F-Sport
    54,428 ($51,767 + $299 Doc Fee, $1648.02 Tax, $714 Non Tax Fees)

    Getting quoted $782 a month for 36 months at 12/36
    They are saying the car will be worth 54% or $29,537

    So $54,428 - $1,000 down - $28,152(My Payments for 3 years) = $25,276 or a difference of $4,200 from ($29,537)... where am I getting taken?

    $9/mo difference? Maybe the local tax rate is higher than 6%?

    Did you verify the actual NET cap cost with them?
    Also, your CAP cost reduction would be taxed as well.

    That's about $325 difference total.

    .00120 MF and 54%/52% residual for 36 months.

    24 month residuals are only 6% higher, so the payment would be much higher.

    With that amount of lease cash, I'd get a breakdown of all charges. On the surface, that looks like a good payment, but the adjusted CAP cost is definitely lower than your selling price, probably because the rebate has been applied.

    How does lease cash differ from other type of discounts/rebate? Dealer is confusing me with the explanation that for every $1,000 lease cash rebate, the payment just reduces about $20...

    I am debating if I should take the deal at that price or be more aggressive on the price.
    What would be the selling price of the car if monthly payment that I am looking is $430/month $0 out of pocket, 36month/10k miles per year? MF .00110, 57% residual on a $50,025 MSRP gs200t.

    Lease cash works like any other rebate, but it is also taxed. If you have a 9% tax rate, then only $910 will get applied as a CAP cost reduction. It still should result in a nearly $29/mo. difference per $1000 on a 36 month lease, once you account for sales tax on the payment, as well.

    We'd need to know the tax rate and other local costs to reverse engineer a payment, especially if it is all being rolled in, including the first payment. $430/mo. with zero out of pocket looks pretty cheap, though.
