Assuming RWD - 56% for 36/10, add 1% for 7500 miles per year.

.00100 MF, $3000 loyalty cash and $500 lease cash.

I was offered a deal on a GS200T MSRP $ 49,500 for 425 a month incl tax / 36 months / 12K 1,000 at signing to cover first payment and inceptions. Is this a good deal?

Florida and tax rate of 6%. Don't know the CAP cost or selling price yet.
That was the last counter offer from the dealer verbally.

Residuals are valid until the beginning of October; but the MF and incentives are set to expire on 8/1.

Subtract 2% for 39/12.

F-Sport has $2500 lease cash; GS-F has $5000

Thank you for all the help on here. Just leased a GS 350 msrp $52650, 48/12, cap cost $45072, $556.46 per month with tax of 8.225% in central California. $500.00 out of pocket at signing.

Got a quote yesterday on a 16 GS200t. Can I please get your thoughts? Does everything look right? Credit score 800+. Also, I'm a bit confused on the quote. Is the dealership giving me $6300 off the MSRP and then using the $5000 rebate as my down payment? So, in a sense getting $11000+ off? She said 0 out of pocket, does it look that way to you?

Thanks for your help!! I do agree that it seems like a great deal. I'm waiting to hear from my guy that I have bought previous Lexus from. This quote was from my local lexus dealer, when I was actually just walking in to check out the ES!! I was blown away at the price of this GS. Just not happy with the color combo, and wanted to see what my guy could do for me. If he can't do better, I will probably jump on this offer in the next 2 days!

59%/54%/52% residual for AWD.

The F-Sport residuals are 2% higher, but I think that's only the RWD F-Sport. I think AWD models are all the same, regardless of F-Sport trim.

Holiday weekends have historically been a good time to shop. Can't speak to Lexus, specifically, however.

And, we don't know what the lease numbers will look like - residuals are valid through the end of September, but the MF and incentives could change.
