    MSRP: $48995
    Selling Price: $45765 (invoice + destination + Service fee)
    Trade in: $6000 (3150 for security deposits, 1760 Due at Signing , 1090 back)
    Incentives $2000

    How does it look? I haven't signed the papers yet, just ran the credit check, these were the numbers I was given.

    Whoops, didn't mean to put taxes in there. It was 1st months, acquisition, title/registration/fees.

    We were quoted with PA taxes (Philly 8% + 3% lease taxes) 441/mo, I must have made a mistake writing down the numbers. I'll see if I can get them again on Monday when they open.

    Edit: After going through my numbers again, 43765 is the adjusted cap cost, i'm getting 441.34 now with that and the 11% tax on the payments. Forgot to account for the additional 3% in my initial calculations.

    I believe that there is a 1K loyalty through today (it may be extended because of the holiday weekend-check with your dealer)

    I think you will have to wait until Sept 6th because of the holiday.

    August's offer stated"Offer not valid in Puerto Rico. Lease financing available on new ________from participating BMW centers on leases assigned to BMW Financial Services through September 5, 2016"

    How many 2016 X3's are left with decent equipment? Remember, the 2017 models have a $1,500 lease credit now (until Sept 5th) which somewhat offsets the residuals +/-.

    @zoombie99 Quite a bit of X3s are left.. A dealer by me happens to have a loaded 56k X3 and I think I can get 12-14% off hopefully. Will find out shortly.

    I got a bit over 10% off MSRP plus $1000 loyalty rebate on a 2016 X3 X-drive 28i in late August. I am happy -nearly $53K sticker, nothing down but 1st payment and registation and $501/month for 12K including 9.75% Los Angeles Tax. Good luck! I hope they kept the residuals high for the 2016's but the full maintenance including brakes is a great incentive to get a 16 as well!

    I was looking for an 2016 X3 with Driver's Assistance Plus in the Northeast and there were only a few left at the end of July. I decided to build a 2017 instead.

    After building a 2017 X3 with the wireless charging option, I discovered that it doesn't work on the current IPhones when I took delivery last week.

    Also, for a 2016 X3 what is MF and residual and any incentives for
    (b) 24 mo /10k mi or
    (c) 36 mo /10K mi?

    (d) do those factors differ based on different sub-models of the X3?

    I'd want 7% off MSRP, and then additional $2000 off, at the very least. I'd let them offer up the first number, as they might surprise you. If you are leasing, it should be at least $50/mo. less than a comparable new unit.
