    Can Merig00 tell me where he got that fantastic deal in NJ...I'm getting pricing of 429 per month with 3k down and 18k per year on a Q50 premium AWD with an MSRP of 46k. That includes repayment of 3 lease payments totaling $1095.

    You can get $12,000 or more off for the 2.0t cars. The other ones are any where from $9000-$12000 off MSRP.

    That low of a residual isn't always a bad deal either. Yes you are paying for it in the depreciation. However, these discounts are so much and the Money Factors are so low that they still end up being ok leases. Also you have to consider that in cases where they WAY underestimate the residual you can always buy the car and then flip it to get some of that lost residual money back.

    These cars will be worth at least 5% more than their residuals after 39 months. That equates to a few thousand dollars in some cases.

    It is amazing that some people are getting $57,000 cars for less than $500 a month with nothing out of pocket.

    The interest on my $54,000 lease I did last week is only $113 for 39 months. That is what you call free money.

    These Q50s really are an outstanding car too. I absolutely love mine.

    Thanks for all the help on this forum. I used the numbers from here to negotiate the deal. I wasn't looking for a Q50, but thought I couldn't get a better deal for a car of that MSRP.

    Does anyone have any knowledge of how Infiniti deals with demo leases? Specifically, any info on how residual is adjusted for mileage, if new numbers (MF) can be used, and if MSDs can still be applied?

    hey first time leaser here trying to get some information. contacted a few dealers and waiting for them to get back to me with number. I will be looking to sign a deal at the end of the month. I am interested the specs below. any help would be greats.

    2016 q50 3.0t sport AWD, premium plus package, 39/15k in the NYC area. also it is the 300HP version i'm interested in and not the 400HP
