Hello There is a deal in the works for a 2016 A6 3.0T MSRP $53,256 With 3k down and a residual of .52 and 12k miles a year for 3 years. They are saying the APR is 3.9 with a payment of $660 a month. I converted the APR to MF 3.9/2400 = .001625 So I'm trying to understand where and how are you guys getting the MF? I'm kind of confused on how this works when someone ask for the MF on here every month and how do I know what is considered a "good" MF
The base money factor on this model from Audi Financial is .00006. They don't use APRs. The residual is correct for the Premium Plus model. If it's truly an AFS lease, and your credit is top tier, then they are marking up the money factor by a huge amount.

You have to ask us. :-)

Not sure what you mean .. the MF is used to calculate the rent charge for a lease agreement.

To convert to an APR, multiply by 2400. That will give you an approximate interest rate.

They are marking up the money factor from the base amount.
52% is the 36/15 residual.

It's a dealer incentive. Use your knowledge of it to negotiate a lower price.

Numbers are the same for NC

FWD residuals are 1% lower on Premium, and 2% lower on Premium Plus.

Yikes that money factor skyrocketed! Would you happen to know if that $5k is an incentive that Audi pays to the dealer, on top of what I negotiate with them? It's a loaner car that I'm looking at leasing, so hopefully they'll let me use that $5k. Thanks for the info!

Yes, support for the 2016's stopped this month, and the $5K is meant to soften the blow.

The $5K can be applied to whatever discount you negotiate, but be advised that the residual will also be adjusted downward for the miles on the car.
