    Thanks. I am leasing car for the first time so i might be asking silly questions - but i am trying to negotiate a lease deal. Can the dealer decide the residual value or can i tell him that its fixed and it has to be 56%? Also, if he is giving me a MF of .00081, can I get him down or does that totally depend on my credit? Because the dealer gave me a monthly amount, and by doing all the math, somehow it seems he has some hidden fees which he is charging!

    Thanks, my credit score is 788 for equifax and 787 transunion. I will hold out for a MF that matches what you provided and look deeper into the cap cost. if he has bumped that by some bogus fees, he must have come to the inflated number he gave me.

    Thx. I've been to 3 dealers, with 3 price quotes, all higher than my target figure. One was $55 a month higher, the second one $35 a month higher, & the third one $20 a month higher on an Accord Sport SE in the NY area..

    I want to check out a few dealerships in NJ. Can you give me the Residual on an Accord Sport CVT, Sport w/Sensing & a Sport SE in northern NJ? Can I assume the money factor is set at .00041 from Honda finance, so its currently valid for NJ too? Thanks!

    Not a good deal. The $1600 is junk - I'm sure you can find a dealer who doesn't add it. 

    Get the specific msrp and adjusted cap and we can run he numbers for you

    Looking at leasing an accord 2017 EX in South Carolina on a 3 year 12k a yr. I would love to know MF and residual value based on a great credit score. How much wiggle room would you expect to see from the MSRP to selling price? Could I use a fair market selling value to start? MSRP is around 30k. Thank you!

    Hello never leased before so bare with me I'm interested in a 2017 accord sport W/Honda Sensing. I haven't talked to a dealer yet don't want them bothering me just yet lol. I pulled this info straight from there website the payment seems high though for this amount. 36/12K 1200 due at signing 595Acquisition fee gross cap cost 27,944 Total monthly payments equal 12,843 cash due includes 843 cap cost reduction. 0 security deposit first months lease payment of $357. I'm in Northern Utah can u give me MF and residual also sales tax 6.85%. Thank u

    Well.. the price is so high, because you aren't building in any discount from the MSRP.

    Accords sell at a significant discount to MSRP, not to mention the $1500 in incentives.
    You have to negotiate the selling price, just like you would on a purchase.

    Thank u for that info I forgot to ask about the lease cash but u mentioned it. Like I said the MSRP was 27,050 but then it said dealer price was 25,060. They may be including lease cash that's why they say there price is 25,060.
