I show .00080, but that is for a different region. It's possible that .00100 is the correct MF for CA. I confirm the 61% residual for 36/12.

With your prices, I get $423/mo before tax.

Confirm the adjusted cap cost with the dealer - if higher than the selling price, find out what's been added.

Hi! Looking for some guidance on a lease quote I received today. 2017 NX base model. MSRP $42,218.00 36 month 12k miles. Location: Ohio (6.25% sales tax)

I was quoted $515 monthly payment (tax included)
$1500 down (includes 1st month payment, acquisition fee $750, plus document fee?)

money factor: I asked for the MF and he said it is equivalent to 2.9% APR (so i'm assuming .00120)
residual: (61% of MSRP)
adjusted cap cost: $39,968($1,500 discount plus $750 Lexus rebate)

He did not run my credit but he said this deal was ran with top tier financing.

I get $503/mo with tax included, using those numbers.

Ask for the specific breakdown of the $1500.

Also, confirm that the adjusted cap cost includes sales tax - Ohio taxes the sum of the payments and collects the money up front. It could be rolled into the payment via the cap cost.

First want to thank kyfdx and Micahaell for all the information! I have used it in the past over on the BMW side of things.

Today I was looking for the MF/Residual for 36/10k or 12k and to confirm $1,000 Lexus cash on the NX Turbo on the non-awd version. I'm in FL if that makes a difference.

Also does anyone know the normal discount on the Lexus brand roughly speaking? I.E BMW 4%-6% off MSRP.

Be polite and tell them you won't sign a deal with an inflated MF; they know what the base rate is.

But, the incentive is $1500, as noted.

Can I please confirm the MF and residual value for a 2017 NXt AWD luxury package 36 month lease 10K miles per year in New York (Long Island).

If the MF is really .0008 and if I put down 10 security deposits does it fall to .0001? Seems very low.

I'm not sure of the Lexus MSD plan. I thought it was .00008 per deposit, with a maximum of 9 deposits.

But, either way, yes, the money factor will be very, very low. It's no different than seeing 0% or 0.9% financing. LFS may have a minimum. It's either .00001 or .00005.

Can't help on pricing. You can use the Make/Model/Year tabs at the top of the page to get Edmunds TMV.
Lexus numbers don't seem to move a lot, but tomorrow is the beginning of a new quarter, and residuals will definitely adjust, as they only change them quarterly. I'll guess that the entire lease program will result in similar payments to what you see now, though.
