.00023 and 53% are the correct numbers; could your .00025 be a typo? Nobody would mark up the MF such a paltry amount.

Using your MSRP and negotiated prices, I get $563/mo before tax.

Has there been a time recently where the CX-9 Signature actually leased well? Almost $600 for a $45k MSRP seems a exorbitant, especially considering I got quoted $400 for a Touring w/ Prem Pkg that is only $4k less. ($600 down, 36/12k, tax included)

The CX-9 has been pretty popular since it was released, so I'm not surprised to hear that the lease deals aren't all that great.

Top trim models, in general, lease the worst.

This past weekend I picked up a CX-9 GT AWD in Soul Red with Sand interior in the New Jersey area. All I can say is WOW! I am really impressed with what Mazda did with this vehicle. Anyway, here are my numbers (hopefully this can help someone on the market for a CX-9 GT AWD) MSRP was $43170.00, Neg. Price was $39533.09, Terms was 36/12k, Payment $455 a month with $1455 total due at signing. Taxes were rolled into the payment. I shopped around a few dealers in the area and this was the best deal I could find.

Michael....even though I am only putting $700 OOP, I think there is $500-$600 of fluff here...I just can't find it. I think I should be at around $380/mo. Thoughts?

With those numbers, I'm within a few pennies of the dealer quote, before tax. Not sure where you think the $500-600 is.

Subtract 6% from the GT FWD residuals for Signature trim.

BTW, the Signature trim is only available with AWD.

I'm looking at leasing a Touring FWD with premium package 36mo/10k here in Los Angeles. Got the quote below emailed to me from a sales guy.

I want to get the monthly payment under $400 with no money down. Sales guys says this is as low as he can go.

Using the Leasehackr calculator, my monthly payment should be $417/month based on the numbers below so now I'm questioning if I should bail on this sales guy as it doesn't seem like he's being honest.

Not sure how to proceed if anyone can give me some advice.

If $0 due at signing, you have to add in the $595 acquisition fee and the first payment.
Ask the dealer for the adjusted CAP cost on his quote. That should clear up a lot, or give you the basis for more questions.

For some reason the two dealers I'm talking to are being cagey and not giving me the cap cost. I'm at $430/month and $435/month now for a Touring with premium package. I'd like to get closer to $400/month.

You'll have to ask the dealer about how residuals are affected for the extra miles.

I'm at $399 tax in (Florida Tax 7%) on the same vehicle, on a 2017 with $1000 total. Lowest I could find out of 7 different dealers. Keep poking.
