I asked a dealer what the residual percentage was and the money factor that they were using, they said that Lexus does not allow them to disclose that information, is this true?

The dealers would rather not share that info, as it impacts their ability to profit off the deal.

Michaell, im looking into purchasing an IS 350 and 10/36. MF is .00060 dealer is stating. However I can't make it in until first week of April. Do you think residuals/MF would change for APRIL. and if I buy first couple days of month when numbers aren't reported yet, do I receive Month prior MF and Residuals

The Lexus residuals are valid until 3 April - the new program numbers will be released on 4 April.

Lexus has regional incentives; we don't have them all.

It's quite possible the lease cash is $1500 where you live. Check with multiple dealers to be sure, however.

Hello,

I was given the following quote for a 2017 Lexus IS200T F-Sport with moonroof but no navigation capabilities. I forget the actual value of the car, but it is around $45,000.

Lease: 36/10k

No down, no bank fee, no registration fee, first month's payment covered.

Monthly fee: $424 including taxes. Sales tax is in Los Angeles (8.75%), MF of 0.00050, 58% residual.
