    First, OH and PA share the same numbers, including incentives. Crossing the border shouldn't get you a better deal.

    Second, the lease cash is a factory to dealer incentive - the dealer is under no obligation to share it all with the consumer.

    Simply make your price offer with knowledge of the full lease cash amount. Shop multiple dealers; only takes one to meet your numbers.

    Generally, all customer rebates are taxable. That really adds up, when the rebates are large.

    Thanks. On Kia's site for this car it states $7,500 2016 Kia Optima SXL Turbo Lease Cash and Special Financing and $500 2016 Kia Optima and Optima Hybrid Bonus Cash. Is this one top fo the $5500 lease cash?
