I've seen a lot of mention of "LOYALTY" discounts but it appears that Infiniti no longer does that. Does anyone have info to the contrary? I see people are getting VPP pricing extended to them in lieu of the loyalty discount even thought they do not work or are affiliated with a VPP partner company. Can anyone explain how that works? Thanks in advance.

Was just offered the following on a 39/10k lease for a base 2017 QX60.
"On the QX60 the MSRP is 44310.00, your adjusted price is 38410.00 plus a 80.00 doc fee, a non tax fee of 417.75, 4500 in MSD's plus your first payment would be 299 per month plus tax @ a money factor of .00023 for 38 months.
$299/mo+tax on a $44K car with nothing but MSD's and first month as drive off seems pretty good, no?

I'm located in Atlanta Georgia. I've identified a brand new fully loaded QX60 FWD that I'm interested in. The sticker price is $60,380. I am interested in a 39 month, 12k/year lease and would like to pay $450/month all in. I have access to Nissan/Infiniti VPP which would discount the vehicle by $3920. My goal is to put nothing down so if they request $4k in downpayment, I would then trigger the VPP. Is this in any way possible? Also what would the residual be? B/c at the end of 39 months, I would consider buying it. Thank you in advance.

.00113 MF and 57% residual Since GA taxes the full selling price on a lease, I don't think you have a prayer of getting close to $450/mo. The tax alone will add $100/mo.
If your CAP cost including tax was $55000, the payment would be $629/mo. At $50,000 CAP (not possible, I don't think), the payment would be $495/mo.
Thank you for the quick follow up. I figured the chances were low. I could also register the vehicle in Florida, and pay those taxes instead. Is there any benefit? Also in a best case scenario, what would I absolutely have to put down to get my all-in payment to $450? Keeping in mind the $3920 VP on top of any cash out of pocket?

The tax is much less in Florida. 6% on the monthly payment.

Base FWD model.
Dirt cheap.. did you take it?
Not yet. Was waiting for you to say just that...
Did you purchase yet? Which dealer? What was the money factor they quoted you? Are you sure the $4500 is MSDs and not a downpayment? Amazing deal I am trying to replicate here on east coast.

Trying to lease a FWD QX60 with Premium and Premium Plus in Houston, TX. (0.00103 MF and 57% residual). 39 month/12,000 miles lease.
Dealer quoted selling price 41995.00 (MSRP: 48,995.00) with 350 doc fee and 700 acuisition fee with a 535.00 per month lease price. The per month seems very high to me given the fact people seem to be around 460.00. What number should I target. I have top credit. thx a lot!!
The sales tax is 6.25% but I'm not sure how it's calculated.
MSRP: 48,995.00 Selling Price: 41,995.00 Residual: 48,995.00 X 0.57 = $27,927.15 Lease Amount: $14,067.85 Per Month = 14,067.85/39 = 360.71 Rent Charge = (41,995.00 + $27,927.15) X 0.00103 = $72.02 Tax : (360.71 + 72.02) X 0.0625 = 27.05
Final: 360.71 + 72.02 + 27.05 = 459.78.

Texas levies sales tax against the full selling price of the vehicle. So, add about $2600 to your selling price, and re-calculate
I have a VVP pricing and I think I'm getting a good deal based on my research but I just want to confirm.
This is for a 2017 Infinity Qx60 FWD
MRSP = $50,500 VVP pricing = $41,900 MSD = $4,000 (doing a max of 9) down payment = $1,000 Lease terms = 39 months / 12k location: South Florida MF: 0.00023 (with the MSD) monthly payment with taxes of $427.

I need some advise on a lease deal in SoCal on the following QX60:
QX60 - FWD MSRP ~$51,000 12,000/year premium, premium plus, driver assist package $3000 down. tax, license and registration included $500/month
Does this sound like a good deal? Would trying for $470 be a better idea or take the $500 and be happy?
thanks!
All lease deals should be ZERO down in my opinoin. If you total your car, anything you paid upfront is gone. If you have 3000, keep it in the bank and give it away monthly.
MSD's are fine since they're refundable and keep the payment down and you get your money back in the end.

It's important to understand the difference between down payment and up front costs when it applies to a lease.
Down payment (technically called cap cost reduction in lease-speak) is money used to lower the adjusted cap cost and thus, result in a lower payment.
As noted, we recommend against this as the money would be lost if the lease were terminated prematurely (accident or theft).
Up front costs may include the first months payment, DMV costs, fees and taxes due; these are paid when the lease paperwork is signed. We suggest only paying the first months payment and DMV costs at signing - add any fees or taxes into the selling price. Yes, you will have a higher payment, but again, those prepaid costs would be lost if something happened to the car.
I would like to thank kyfdx and Michaell both, for your help in answering RV/MF questions for the QX60 and the MDX these past several months.
I have just pulled the trigger and secured a deal on the phone, and in turn confirmed via email, for a QX60 in NJ.
Base AWD, majestic white (extra cost option), and splash guards. MSRP $46,610.
39 months / 10k miles
Upfront due: $700 bank fee and 1st month $444.93
Monthly payments (38 remaining months) = $444.93
The monthly payment includes everything. Dealer doc fee, DMV fees, and taxes (6.875%). I know you need the cap cost to see how the deal is, and I'll get that when I sign the paperwork Monday. What I do know is the total out the door cost for the least is 444.93 x 39 months, and plus 700 = 18,052.27
DMV fees 450 and doc fee 399. DMV fee is high because NJ takes full registration for duration of lease, so 4 years worth in this case because it's a 39 month lease.
That's $849. If I take that out of the 18,052.27 that's remaining 17,203.27
Dividing by 39 months gives about a 441.11/month including 6.875% tax, and taking tax out, 412.73 / month for the car itself.
So it seems to be:
Car itself..... 16,096.63 Sales tax is 1,106.82 Doc fee 399 DMV 450
= 18,052
That's just working backwards from the numbers I got. I'll give the adjusted cap cost when I get the paperwork.
P.S.... no trade in, no MSD (or whatever that's called), no recent college grad, no military. No nothing

= 18,052.27
I will say, I knew a guy who knew a guy at the Infiniti dealer. He did make it sound like there was hardly any profit for them. I agree. Calling other dealers near me for this same MSRP of 46,610 one sales manager offered 486/month all included, plus upfront of bank fee, doc fee, 1st month = 1410. Net lease cost $19,800-ish.
I do feel like I got a steal with 18,052 grand total.

MSRP: 48,995.00
Selling Price: 41,995.00

Lease Amount: $14,067.85

Thx Kyfdx.
Does this mean:
MSRP = 48995.00 + (48995.00 * 0.0625) = 52057.19
Selling Price = 41995.00 + (41995.00 * 0.0625) = 44619.69
Residual = 57% of 52057.19 = $29,672.60
Lease Amount = $14,947.09
Per Month (39 month lease) = 14,947.09 / 39 = **** $383.26 ****
Rent Charge =**** $76.52 **** [(29,672.60 + 14,947.09 X 0.00103]
Tax = **** $28.74 **** [383.26 +76.52) * 0.0625 )]
TOTAL = 383.26 + 76.52 + 28.74 = $488.52
Still not getting the 535.00; plz help. Which part of calculation is wrong. I did add the tax to both MSRP and Selling price.
Thx a lot!!
So, add about $2600 to your selling price, and re-calculate
Thx Kyfdx.
Does this mean:
MSRP = 48995.00 + (48995.00 * 0.0625) = 52057.19
Selling Price = 41995.00 + (41995.00 * 0.0625) = 44619.69
Residual = 57% of 52057.19 = $29,672.60
Lease Amount = $14,947.09
Per Month (39 month lease) = 14,947.09 / 39 = **** $383.26 ****
Rent Charge =**** $76.52 **** [(29,672.60 + 14,947.09 X 0.00103]
Tax = **** $28.74 **** [383.26 +76.52) * 0.0625 )]
TOTAL = 383.26 + 76.52 + 28.74 = $488.52
Still not getting the 535.00; plz help. Which part of calculation is wrong. I did add the tax to both MSRP and Selling price.
Thx a lot!!
Don't add tax to the MSRP.

What's a decent price for a QX60 lease in houston, Premium and Premium Plus. Anyone got a deal in the 460 range. Thx
QX60 - FWD
MSRP ~$51,000
12,000/year
premium, premium plus, driver assist package
$3000 down. tax, license and registration included
$500/month
Does this sound like a good deal? Would trying for $470 be a better idea or take the $500 and be happy?
thanks!
This is for a 2017 Infinity Qx60 FWD
MRSP = $50,500
VVP pricing = $41,900
MSD = $4,000 (doing a max of 9)
down payment = $1,000
Lease terms = 39 months / 12k
location: South Florida
MF: 0.00023 (with the MSD)
monthly payment with taxes of $427.
What do you think?
Ask the dealer what the adjusted cap cost is, and how they got to that number from the VVP pricing.

MSD's are fine since they're refundable and keep the payment down and you get your money back in the end.

Sales tax is 1,106.82
Doc fee 399
DMV 450
= 18,052
That's just working backwards from the numbers I got. I'll give the adjusted cap cost when I get the paperwork.
P.S.... no trade in, no MSD (or whatever that's called), no recent college grad, no military. No nothing

Above my car price itself I left the 700 bank fee in it. So really it comes out to...
Car price itself: 15,396.63
Taxes: 1,106.82
Bank fee: 700
DMV: 450
Doc: 399
