Dealer here in Northern California quoted me 60% .00127 for 36/10 on a FWD A-spec.

We don't have the residual values for the 2018 TLX, but since the dealer cannot alter that number, I have to assume it's correct.

MF is correct for NorCal, however.

Thank you, Michael. To my mind, that MF is excessive. Any speculation whether this rate will come down some within a few months? Seems maybe Acura is testing the market demand in the first month the car is on the lots.

It's entirely possible, once the early adopters have cleared out. Depends on how popular the car remains after that.

So having a trade with quite a bit of equity, what would the MF be if doing a single pay lease for 36/15 in PA on an A Spec.   Any disadvantage to doing so?

    .00030 MF for a one-pay.

No disadvantages - saving money on the total lease outlay is always a good thing

I leave in Arkansas looking at leasing a car from MO. They gave me a residual of 57% and .00137. Is this right. Is there lease cash and dealer cash going on right now.

    What trim, term and miles?

We show the MF as .00127 in AR and MO - dealer is bumping it up a tiny bit for some extra profit.

    Incentives vary based on trim.

I was looking at a FWD ASPEC Tech 12000 miles a year. they came up with a payment of $635 for 36 months stated the MSRP was 44570 because they add the all season mats, trunk tray, wheel locks and splash guards it adds 820.00. They stated the residual is calculated from MSRP without added accessories. Including sales tax. Then they have some type of luxcare but no money down.

No discount from sticker, aside from any available incentives?

Went to the dealer and he proposed $390 including tax 10k miles/yr for a 2018 I4 tech. Residual I believe he said 58%. I'd be trading in my 2015 TLX I4 25k miles with a payoff of $16500. I'd also be taking home $3000. I don't have any of the other numbers. Does this sound good or am getting taken to the cleaners?

So I got the numbers from the dealer for the 2018 TLX 2.4 TECH:

    MSRP $37650
    Sale price $31988
    Trade $20500
    Payoff $16500
    Down payment $1000
    Gross cap cost reduction $33182
    Residual 58%
Payment $390 including 6% FL sales tax

So I would walk away with $3000, I tried to get more than the $3000 but they aren't really budging. I assume this is because it's the 1st month the car is available.

No, we have not received any residual info on the 2018 TSX. We have inferred some numbers based on what we've heard from other members, but we could be wrong.

I think they are applying most of the current incentives to my lease. They also are withholding $1000 difference between the payoff and what they are giving me for the car.

These are just the numbers they gave me though, haven't signed anything so who knows if they change. But like Michaell said, it appears to be a good deal for a new car.

I have always financed my cars but I am seriously considering lease for 2018 TLX. I am in NYC and will probably be buying just outside in Westchester.

I am interested in base 4 cyl FWD and v6 FWD 36 months and 15k. Not looking for tech or advance package, AWD or a-spec.

What RV and MF should i be looking at. And also what kind and amount of incentives I should be able to use at this point.

And also what kind and amount of incentives I should be able to use at this point.

.00110 MF and 57% residual for either model.

$500 dealer cash + $1500 bonus lease cash

Thanks for the info.  Do you think at this point it's possible to get them to go lower on price before applying incentives or that's all i can hope for.

I am not sure if this is the right forum for finance deals as well as i couldn't find one specific for that.  Are there any incentives for financing.

Thanks a lot for all your help

Where to the Dealer incentives and Bonus Lease cash information come from? Dealers locally here are saying there are no incentives currently. I'm just wondering if they're uninformed or straight lying.
