Standard MF and 54%/47% residual for 36/48 months, 15K/yr

You'll have to check with a dealer for the residual reduction for an extra 3K mi/yr.

    Hello,

Just received lease offer from dealership in Southern California.

    MF: .00131
    RESIDUAL: 54%

    2018 E400 36/12.

Is this acceptable? should i ask them to reduce MF to .00069? Or is this at the discretion of the dealership?

    I'm assuming 54% is correct for 36/12?

.00069 MF and 54% is correct for the 2018 E400 Coupe.

The dealership is marking up the rate for extra profit. Your goal is to get the base rate.
But, none of that is in a vacuum. What is your MSRP and selling price?
Payment and amount due at signing?

    Payment (36 months ) $834 including tax
Amount due: $5k (including tax/title/reg fees/frost months payment)

The dealership has also agreed to absorb my wife's last 3 payments of her BMW 535 lease
    1) The dealer "absorbing" the last three payments on the 535 just means your price went up by that much
    2) Additional charges not given? $795 acquisition fee (probably marked up to $1095), plus $700 approx for DMV/doc fees

If we add $1800 for fees and $1800 (?) for the three payments, that leaves $1400 of your $5000, of which $834 goes to the first payment. This leaves $566 for CAP reduction.

With the marked up money factor, that gives me $796/mo.+tax, so $834 is pretty close. A lot of estimating on my part, so it's not going to be exact.

The marked up money factor adds $60-$70/mo. to the payment.

Why eat three payments on the BMW? This is a 2018 model. They won't run out of them, if you wait until November.

    Here are the specifics:

do you mean that the purchase price is in fact $1800 higher than the stated price (due to the absorbing of the 3 months payment for the BMW)?

thanks for your help.  I really appreciate it.  invaluable resource

@applephy Yes, you can see right there in your screenshot that they aren't "absorbing" your lease payments, but adding them to the deal (lien payoff).
