    Hi, I was just quoted lease numbers for a 2017 Acadia Denali FWD in Raleigh, NC for 39/12 at 57% residual and .00193 MF, these seem off, can you tell me what you have?

    The acadia trim for the lease numbers is the denali. Is the lease acquisition fee $495 or $595. Thanks.

    Selling price is $41,779
    NY State, 8.625 Tax
    $0 Down, Paying dmv/motor vehicle and first month payment ($425) upfront.

    To mls7714,
    This is a good deal. I tried for one exactly like yours. Payment was about $550 a month 36/12K with $1900 down. This included Costco discount, and other rebates. Costco discount is not good, except they give you a gift card after the lease. I did not make the above deal.

    Did GMC sweeten the pot with some lease cash or something? National advertised deal on the FWD SLE1 is pretty good that they just put out, and I've been getting some pretty good quotes too over the weekend.

    I’m trying to lease a 2017 Acadia Denali for 36mo/12k miles and they are showing me the residual factor is 59% from their system and are insisting it’s not 61%. Are they accurate or playing me?

    59% for 36/15, 61% for 36/12.

    The dealer can't alter the residual.
    The document they view shows the 15K/yr residual. They have to add 2% for 12K/yr

    One more question; as an employee, the gm family first website is saying there is "purchase bonus cash of" $4000 on a 2017 Acadia. Can this 4k be used toward a lease, or only a purchase?
