    I don't know the adjusted cap but I can get it. 0 down. 0 due at signing

    The APR/MF bump is adding about $40/mo. to the payment.

    But, even taking that into account, looks like about $4000 added to the selling price to get to that payment.

    Dealer fee? GA is famous for really high dealer fees.
    Tax: This could be $1500-$2000

    $9000 is a big discount, but look like some of that is getting clawed back with dealer fees and money factor bumps.

    There is a very good chance that some of those rebates aren't compatible with the lease program.
    Specifically, Retail Customer Cash and Ford Credit Retail Bonus Customer Cash.
    When you see the word "retail" on a Ford incentive, it's usually only good on a purchase, not with the lease program.

    If you are getting a quote from a Ford dealer, you need to let them know you plan on leasing.

    Actually, that works to your advantage.

    If the residual is 50% (I know it's not, just bear with me), then the residual value for the original MSRP is $26,155; with the discounted MSRP, it's $24,905.

    Let's say you are able to negotiate the price down to $45,000 (again, I'm making up numbers here). The depreciation is the difference between the selling price and the residual value:

    $45,000 - $26,155 = $18,845, over 36 payments = $523.47/mo
    $45,000 - $24,905 = $20,095, over 36 payments = $558.19/mo

    So, the higher sticker price means a lower depreciation per month, all else being equal.

    Now that we do not have that anymore, this is a huge learning curve.
