    2018 GTI S or SE DGS
    24/10 and 36/10 in South Florida

    Also, is there a time of the year where VW normally gets more aggressive with leases or is the RV just going to get worse as the year progresses.

    VW lease programs haven't changed.

    48 month lease residuals are just 7% lower, but money factors are .00050 higher.

    The most likely cost increase in a 48 month lease isn't from warranty issues, but from having to replace consumables, like tires and brakes. Also, the longer a lease, the more likely that your needs might change during the lease term.

    Those that lease for 15K/yr have already been out of warranty on many leases.

    Regarding leasing a 2018 GTI SE, MSRP $33,535. Dealer discount offered at $3000, (cap cost $30,535).
    Approximately how much off the MSRP should I attempt to negotiate beyond the dealer offered $3000?

    This is a finance question. VW has 0.9% finance for 60 months on 2018 GTI models. Can this offer be combined with other discounts like Truecar? Dealer is telling me no.

    We don't have any insight into a dealer's relationship with sales lead generators, like TrueCar.

    If the dealer doesn't want to honor their price quote, there isn't much you can do about it.
