Currently have a 2016 CX-5 GT, w/Technology, roof rails, bumper guard, black with 41k miles (15 mi. yr) w/ 3 payments left on 36mo lease... Dealer sending me an an offer enticement with trade in of $19, 499 plus 20% of KBB very good value, thus $23,339. My residual buy out now is $19,795. Needs windshield and tires but otherwise great shape.. ballpark how much should they be willing to give based on their mailer?...I would guess about $21,500 based on this if you subtract windshield and tire replacement ?

Secondly: I would be open to leasing another 2018 CX-5 GT, 36/15k, MSRP $32,220., they are saying $29,970. sale price. $880 in other upfront charges..No money down, There is also a $750 lender lease loyalty incentive available and $500 Mazda loyalty reward available, not sure if they are stackable...NC 28277, what is MF and Residual? and what would be ballpark monthly lease if you can estimate it..

My guess is you'll be lucky to get the buy out price as trade value. Those teasers are to lure you in, expecting to get some mythical trade value. "Oh, you have too many miles", "But, I see this small dent in the fender" - basically, anything to wiggle out of the offer.

FWD or AWD on the CX-5 GT?

Are there any parameters to qualify for the lease cash? Will the dealer automatically mention it, or is it something I need to ask about?

About to purchase 2018 CX5 Touring with preferred package. 0 % financing too tantalizing to pass up. Current deal is$26350 (including $500 loyalty) rebate- drive off withCA tax, registration is $29312 reduced from MSRP 28590 . A private broker is attempting to beat deal, but is that feasible?

Hello! What is the MF/RV for an AWD Grand Touring (without Prem Pkg) 36/10K? Do you know if 24 month leases are available? If so, 24/10K? Zip code is 98006.

Looks like you are paying the state fees upfront, along with the first payment.
    $1199 tax + $595 acquisition fee + $175 doc fee = $1970
But, the difference between sale price and CAP cost is $2900.
Looks like they slipped in an extra $930... ??

It's a consumer incentive. You want to make sure you are negotiating a discount, in addition to any incentives.

Gotta say, 60% residual and essentially zero interest is fantastic for a popular vehicle.

But, very little discount from sticker.

In general, likely a better lease deal than a CR-V.

Thank you is the premium package has a 60% residual? or is 59 as well.
i'm negotiating the price the dealer is giving only 1,000 off the invoice; do they have other incentives i can take advantage of; the sales person has $1,000 Cash Back but not sure if that's for purchase only; i saw on their website they have 2017/2018 $500 MAZDA LOYALTY REWARD PROGRAM and EXCLUSIVE $750 PARTICIPATING LENDER LEASE LOYALTY! (sorry for the caps; Copy and Paste) can this two be combined? or is only one of them?
