I am dumb. I forgot to mention awd. Don't know how that will affect, if any. Dumb question-$3300 incentive comes off msrp, and that is then selling price. And msrp x residual is then subtracted by selling price to get total amount of depreciation which lease is financed off of? Do I have that correct or am I way off?

Based on quotes I have received this seems to be about the best so far. Everyone else in my area is about $5k though. Probably because they have the 2019 model on their lots now.

To get to that payment, the selling price has to be about $5200 off MSRP. Given the $3600 in dealer incentives on this vehicle, that's just okay.
Be aware, that although this price includes the acquisition fee, it does not include taxes (about $40/mo) or DMV fees (approx $480 upfront)

You have to have $1000 in wear and tear, just to break even. Take a hard pass.

Advice from someone who has owned/leased many Hondas/Acuras in the last 30 years - do not waste your money on the maintenance plan or wear and tear insurance. There is not much maintenance other than oil changes and air/cabin filters in the first 30k miles. Honda/Acura is fairly turn in friendly for leases - unless you do not take very good care of your vehicles, you should not have a problem with "excess wear and tear."
