I don't know what they will take, but $200 mo. difference is $6500. A $6500 further discount seems unlikely.

Typically, the money factor won't change on this model. The residual has been the same for the last two months, so there is always a chance it could drop. But, it's always possible that none of that happens, or, something else happens.
It might be impossible to know if they are marking up the money factor, before giving you the MSD discount. And, I have no insight into the pricing.

New Mercedes programs don't start until Tuesday.
No way of knowing when they will have 2019 model lease programs, but probably not before they arrive at dealerships.

No Mercedes. They are taking the car. Yes, $3,909 is due at signing. $47,500 is the selling price. The 47500 also includes a 1750 incentive because I work at a Fortune 500 company.

That's pretty close... They've probably marked up the acquisition fee by $300
Assuming the $3909 exactly covers your upfront amounts, then I get $582/mo. for the payment, so I'd guess the money factor is marked up slightly, as well. (assuming adjusted CAP is the same as the selling price).
Assuming your $1750 comes from Mercedes and not the dealer, and taking into account the $1250 incentive that Mercedes is giving the dealer, I'm not extremely impressed with the dealer discount. Only about $1000 more, once incentives are taken into account.
I didn't factor in your current lease. It's important to make sure that you aren't on the hook for any further lease-end charges. Also, you can't know if the dealer is actually taking any sort of loss on the vehicle. It's possible that the wholesale value is covering the payoff.
I'd want a little better deal, but if the dealer is actually eating some money on your current lease, then you might not be able to do any better (which means you are actually eating the loss).
