Looking for base MF, incentives/rebates and residual for 2019 540d xdrive with 10k mi/yr for about 3 year lease period?

Do you know if there is a maximum option dollar figure for this model that residual no longer applies when exceeding this amount (ex: pay 100% of option cost above a certain threshold)?

Looking to do a euro delivery, so any other changes for that? MF adder for euro lease?

What ZIP code?

There may be a maximum residualized MSRP (MRM) for BMW, but we've never seen the actual numbers.

Add .00030 to the MF for ED, but the second payment is waived.

Thanks for starting a 2019 5-series thread. Zip is 92663.
Intersted in the max residual as I put a lot of options on my cars and worried I might need to pay more or have to cut some...shame.

I haven't seen MRMs on BMWs, ever.

It isn't likely that BMWFS will have residuals or incentives, until cars start to arrive.
But, I do see $2000 loyalty

You use US MSRP to calculate the residual.

Why would you put down $8500 for a lease?

You may be reducing your payments, but you aren't reducing the total cost of the lease.

And, if the car is stolen or totaled, you lose that up front money.

It's still an $800/mo lease, which is pretty high given the cap cost.

After lurking on various forums, i've decided to order a 2019 530i. Here is the best lease deal that I was offered and I'm hoping for some criticism and insight as to the quality of the deal. The person I am dealing with has been a class act and I trust his integrity.....He has earned the business, I just don't want to leave money on the table.

Should I join BMW CCA to get another discount?
I signed up for some BMW sweepstakes and obtained a 1k OL code from BMW. I am also a member of Costco. Do not own a BMW (never had anything nicer than a Toyota). Can someone let me know where and what discounts I can seek and stack.

Just the money factor (.00166 MF)
Did they disclose the residual percentage or amount?
$1500 customer cash: That's the $1500 you bring to the deal
Total cash/rebates: Again, that's your $1500.

The acquisition fee is rolled in.
The upfront charges are CA DMV and doc fee.
The CAP reduction is what is left over from the $1500, after they take out the first payment and upfront charges.

Did they disclose the adjusted or NET CAP cost?
There may be some rebates or other discounts involved.. but, there could also be a money factor markup.
It's impossible for me to know, without having the residual.

I asked the sales manager minimal drive offs (no out of pocket for cap reduction).

I was quoted 60% residual on a 12k lease / 61% on 10k. My money factor with a 666 fico auto 8 score model (divorce) will be .00186.

Can I stack the sweepstakes OL code # plus Costco loyalty

Then, that's 60%. that helps.
Did the dealer already include your sweepstakes credit?
At .00186 MF and 60% residual, the adjusted CAP cost would have to be $54,726
$53520
+$925 acq.fee
- $89 CAP reduction
= $54,356

That's not far off... about $370 total. That could be upfront tax on incentives or rebates.

Generally, money factor bumps for lower credit are .00010, then another .00020 for the next level down.
So, I would expect .00176 or .00196. Because you have .00186, it makes me wonder if it's credit related, or just a bump for more profit. But, your credit score is definitely lower tier, so maybe I'm just paranoid.

Either way, it looks like a great deal on a 2019 model.

Is the mf factor locked in for 90 days once you sign the application for credit etc. I signed my paper work this month and don't no the mf for aug. If it goes up I don't want to pay the higher rate.

Is this for an ordered vehicle?

If so, you'll have the choice of choosing the program (MF, RV and incentives) when you place the order (July) or the program numbers when the car is delivered (October?)

Did you negotiate your whole deal, including the lease terms?

If not, the dealer is free to markup your rate, once the car shows up.

I'm not familiar with that option.

On our 2017 X3, we have Driver Assistance Plus package, which includes 360 degree cameras. You have to park it yourself, but with sensors, cameras front/rear, servotronic steering, parallel parking is a breeze. Not sure how much more help you would need.

I hope the mods won't mind but I want to remind everyone of a least two discounts/ rebates that everyone should be able to get.

First, you should get a three year membership to BMWCAA and you will get a post delivery check from BMW directly. It has nothing to do with the dealer. Until recently you had to be a member for at least a year but they changed the rules. IT IS FOUND MONEY

Second, join Costco if you are not a member.

They currently have a discount that you should be able to use at any dealer. I am unsure if there are regional restrictions but it works in the NE.

In addition, there are still some ways to get a 1K OL code but those codes are sometimes tricky to get.

Why are the taxes so high? IL taxes the sum of the monthly payments only.

With those prices, I get $1064/mo before tax.

Ask the dealer for the adjusted CAP cost used for their payment quote, and how they got there from the selling price.

Custom ordered a 2019 530e iPerformance - MSRP $53,400 w/ options & destination $73,945. Car arrives at dealership today. 36/15K lease not yet negotiated. 700+ Auto 8 score. Sales rep told me we had to negotiate once the car arrived. Current Costco member. Zip 90278. Can you confirm current MF & Residual? Also, what % discount should I push for off cap cost? I'm flexible on down payment, but if possible would love to get monthly around $800.
