Sorry about the confusion. This is the accurate and most recent quote; MRSP (with factory-installed options and freight delivery fee)-$69510 Dealer discount and additional savings- $7085 Dealer service/handling fees- $129 Total before tax- $62554.
Adding the $925 acquisition fee, I get a payment of $778/mo.+tax 1st payment and DMV fees due at signing
I didn't go ahead with the deal yet because I have not been able to sell my Camry. I really don't want to but I was wondering if I should trade it in (could be >$12k from my research). Any new numbers or incentives for 65804? With an estimated trade in value of 12k, would you be able to tell me what my monthly lease would be using the quote above, including fees/taxes (in the state of Missouri)? Thanks again.
You aren't going to put $12K down on a lease, are you?
Yes I do plan on trading in the Camry to lower the monthly payments or do you think it is a bad idea to do that? Just this morning, they sent me a quote with new figures; MRSP- 69510 (with factory installed options) Discount- 5000 Rebate- 1000
Trade difference- 63510 Taxable fees- 925 Service and Handling fees- 129 Tax- 89.56 Non-tax fees- 175 Net price- 64828.56
for a 36/12 agreement- with $1000 down, estimated monthly payments by their calculation would be around 949. No where did they mention MF/RV, I feels it is not a good deal compared to the numbers you computed, and more so they have somehow lowered the previous Dealer discount and additional savings from $7085 to 6000. What do you think?
.00182 MF and 60% residual for 36/12
$836/mo.+tax with 1st payment due at signing, given their numbers. Looks like their discount dropped by $1085 from the first quote? Why is that?
I'll guess they have marked up the money factor.
No, I wouldn't put $12K down on a lease.
Apologies for the double post...I ended up not taking the deal from Arkansas, they wouldn't stick with the discount initially offered..
In any case, my local dealer (zip code 65804) offered a 540Xi with MRSP 71270. After discounts (not specified yet)- $66306.54 + 199 admin fees. for a 36/12k lease, including state and city taxes, monthly payments = 1077.17 MF: 0.00182 and RV: 42049.30 (59%) I have a gut feeling that those numbers aren't good enough, the discount seems to be on the low side... I would appreciate any thoughts/suggestions. Thanks

.00182 MF and 59% residual is correct Also, $2000 lease credit.
If the $4900 off includes the $2000 rebate, then you need a bigger discount.

By the way, I took another look at the offer from the other dealership. It turns out it is for a BMW courtesy demo car, and they added additional discounts eventually bringing the adjusted price from 69510 to 59,677 With taxable fees (estimated)- 925, S&H-129, Tax-93.25, non-tax fees-175, the net price is 60,999.25. He says it has less than 500 miles and technically it is still a new car? Is this a good deal? If so, with the new MF/RV, and possibly 1000 more in rebates, should I pull the trigger? Thanks

I can't tell you if it's a good deal for you, but $9K off a 2019 with only 500 miles on it does seem like a hefty discount.
My first post. Can you please tell me the MF and residual for 2018, and 2019 5 series 36/15 in 89044? I was quoted .58 residual and MF .00222 for an ‘18 530e which seems high. My FICO is 815. Thank you for helping!
2018 BMW 530i MSRP: $54,330 Sales price: $44,719 MF: .00222 (dealer claims MF has to be at .00222 to make up for the $10,000 off) Residual: 60% Miles: 12,000 Lease: 36 months Start up fees down - $3,226 (1st payment, license, doc fee, acq fee, cap reduction tax) Zip code: 85016
Monthly payment: $557 including tax
Hi, I'm looking for a second opinion. Is this a good deal? Thanks for your help.

after several months of waiting I finally got the 2019 530xi I was negotiating. Just wanted to say thanks to everyone heading this forum, as it was a vital source of info for my negotiation.

Im checking on the MF and out of pocket but he had .00188 on his quote sheet. Salesperson said the sale price he is using is $55,440, which is $500 over invoice and only $300 over our end cost. Also said the 7% you are seeing in discount must include the rebates, because BMW’s mark-up is only about 6%. Also stated: The base rate is 0.00182. However, at that rate, we actually lose money. At 0.00188 we brake even and that he adjusted cap is $52,042.12. Also said could drop sale price to 54,940 with payments of 638.

I'm not "seeing" anything, other than experience in what others are paying. So, the original price is $300 over cost, but he can knock off another $500? You can see how the "invoice" doesn't necessarily mean that's as low as they can go.
I have to say, that's the smallest money factor markup I've ever seen. lol. Usually, if they mark it up, they go for the max.
How much is Due from you at signing? $5000? Or, $3000 + $2000 rebate?
Can I have guidance on the below offer please. 540i M-Sport. $66620 MSRP $58,625 selling price with rebate (12%). 36/15 lease with base MF. Location is Texas.

No issues. TX sales tax is tough to swallow, but nothing you can do about that.

Took the above deal and got an additional $500 off from USAA and Window Tint thrown in.

Apologies for the double post...I ended up not taking the deal from Arkansas, they wouldn't stick with the discount initially offered..
In any case, my local dealer (zip code 65804) offered a 540Xi with MRSP 71270.
After discounts (not specified yet)- $66306.54 + 199 admin fees.
for a 36/12k lease, including state and city taxes, monthly payments = 1077.17
MF: 0.00182 and RV: 42049.30 (59%)
I have a gut feeling that those numbers aren't good enough, the discount seems to be on the low side...
I would appreciate any thoughts/suggestions.
Thanks
Also, $2000 lease credit.
If the $4900 off includes the $2000 rebate, then you need a bigger discount.
What is the amount due at signing on the $1077/mo. quote?

Yes the 4900 discount is inclusive of that presumably..
What % off MRSP what you say is a good deal?
Thanks for your help!

But, at least 7% off, before deducting incentives

With taxable fees (estimated)- 925, S&H-129, Tax-93.25, non-tax fees-175, the net price is 60,999.25.
He says it has less than 500 miles and technically it is still a new car? Is this a good deal?
If so, with the new MF/RV, and possibly 1000 more in rebates, should I pull the trigger?
Thanks
$61000 Net Price?
I get $741/mo.+tax with those prices.

Looking for MF, RV, and incentives for 2019 530i for 36/12 K ? Zip code 33126
Thanks!
$2845 off MSRP is just 4.9%. Generally, you can push for 7% off.
Is it $5000 out of pocket? Or, is it $3000 out of pocket, plus the $2000 rebate?
Do you have the adjusted CAP cost?

I have to say, that's the smallest money factor markup I've ever seen. lol. Usually, if they mark it up, they go for the max.
How much is Due from you at signing? $5000? Or, $3000 + $2000 rebate?
