    MSRP is 33,535. Don't remember the adjusted cap cost, It's in the $30,XXX along with the $360 rebate. Tax is 1313 and other fees and all are 1273.

    15K vs. 12K is 2% of the MSRP. That's the difference. Take the mileage allowance that you require.

    Fiance comes in February... better to strike a deal then or this fall? Thinking Cx-5 and AWD and collision mitigation are a must so was thinking to stick with the Grand Touring AWD. Zip is 48360. The necessary down pay is fine 1-2k or similar what should I expect? about $350/month for 12k/year 36 mos and about $370/month for 15k miles/yr? I have not ventured into a dealer yet. Thanks for any insight on time of year and fair deal... (i.e modifier of the MSRP?)

    Get the car when you need it - I doubt the deals are going to be that much worse at that time.

    What about the Grand Touring AWD?

    We would be turning in an Infiniti lease, in case that affects the rebates.

    The Mazda offer is correct - purchase only.

    You can still negotiate a discount from MSRP, even if you are leasing.

    The dealer in 64116 wants to take back my 2016.5 Touring lease early and give me a 2018 for close to the same price. He said to come back next week Aug 1st and hopefully there will be lease cash. As of right now, my price would be about $40 more per month. How likely is there to be lease cash in August do you think? Thanks again.
