    I don't show a lease credit for your area, but if there is one, it's a customer incentive, applied as a CAP reduction.

    Moderators can you please provide lease numbers (zip code 94123, xDrive35i, 36/10K) such as residual, money factor with and without MSD (if available), and lease credits for current BMW owner who will be financing through BMWFS. Will be deciding between a X3 or X5.

    Can I have numbers/lease cash for 2018 BMW X5 xdrive40e hybrid 10/36 in NY. Also NY state is offering $500 rebate for this car, through a drive clean rebate and it says it can apply to a 36 month lease. There is also a federal rebate of $4,668, does a lease also qualify for federal rebate?

    My X5 lease is up end of the month. As the new redesigned 2019 is coming out do you think it's reasonable to ask for 9% off MSRP before incentives?

    It's reasonable to ask for whatever you want. It's up to the dealer to decide to accept it, or not.

    Somehow my earlier post that I posted today got deleted. What should the monthly figures be for 36/10K with .00166 money factor. MSRP $61,835 with final Capitalized cost of $54,577 with zero capitalized reduction.

    Just today I put a deposit down on an X5M in Texas. MSRP $111,995, sale price $98,500 (12% discount) same 36/10 as yourself.

    Use cargurus.com to target older stock that have been on the lot a long time, I saw quite a few older X5Ms in CO. With your low tax you should be far, far lower than mine. I'm guessing they're giving you a discount but bumping up your MF (interest rate) to claw back money. Message me if you want any help.

    yes they gave me about 6.5% discount but padding MF to .00205 . I know there are few available but I am looking for specific colors inside and out
