    It looks like all of the incentives are Acura-to-dealer incentives, so they should show up in a lower selling price.
    Not separate. Incorporate those incentives into your offer.

    I was offered the below. What should I realistically push back with? I feel I am getting almost no discount beyond lease cash below. I was thinking that pushing for 2-3k off msrp not counting lease cash seems realistic. I am turning in a 2016 TLX tech 4 months early. No down payment. Acura makes 3 payments and Hendrick Acura the other.

    v6 tech fwd and North Carolina I asked for a price before lease cash of 37,500 as the fees are high. Waiting for a response.

    I agree... not much of a discount, and a big dealer fee hiding in that $1333 number.

    At least another $1000 off selling price, then deduct another $600 to make up for the dealer fee.

    How much can I expect the dealer to drop off the base price (MSRP) aside from the incentive on a V6 Advance? Asked another way, if the dealer gets a $3925 incentive and the car is marked up $2000 over invoice, can I reasonably expect them to discount the car the full $5925 ($3925+$2000)?

    What is the typical markup on a TLX (MSRP minus Invoice)?

    We don't track pricing, but I'd want 5% off MSRP, in addition to the incentive, at the least.

    The dealer gets $1250 on that model from Acura, regardless of lease or buy. That's the part they aren't telling you about.

    Less than $1500 off, besides the incentives. That's not enough.

    It's not really "jargon". These are the numbers used to calculate a lease payment. Before you negotiate, it's imperative you understand how the dealer derives the payment from these numbers.
