Thanks for the report.. Doesn't sound good.

Just as a rough comparison I have been paying $215/month for a 2016 EX-T (12/36) with only 1st payment & fees at signing. In February when the lease expires I would expect to get the equivalent 2019 EX for a similar payment. (Perhaps a little more as prices have gone up somewhat.) $350 can easily get you a very well equipped Accord.

Hi, the Hatchback EX model. I received a quote on the Sport, which was pretty good, but the quote on the EX model was much more expensive even though the discount was similar. I was wondering if the EX model has a worse residual or MF, or maybe no lease cash? 36/12k in 95032.

- Incentives
for 2018 Honda Civic Sedan LX CVT FWD for a 36month/12k mile vs 10k mile lease in the Newark, NJ area.

About half the dealerships do not publicize the actual net capitalized cost or their proposed documentation fees, but I guess that is where haggling comes into place?

Yes, you have to negotiate price. Ask for the doc fee before negotiations start, and rather than negotiate that fee, adjust your price offers accordingly. Any numbers you see on-line are just advertisements, not offers.
