    Could you please share the current MF, residual value and lease incentives for a 2018 Escape SEL in NY 12054? I was quoted $336/month based on $0 down, all fees and taxes up front. This vehicle includes the Safe and Smart package, voice activated NAV, and Met tri-coat.

    Yes it’s 4WD, MSRP off the window sticker reads $33,130 including destination. $2,363 due at signing which includes sales tax, acquisition, all other fees and 1st month payment.

    Adjusted CAP of about $27,100 to get that payment.
    Given the $4750 incentive, that's about $1300 off MSRP.

    Seems like an average deal. Though, I don't follow pricing.

    Could you please share the MF (APR?), residual value and lease incentives for a 2018 Escape SE 4WD in 17055. Does the info above depend on the state (PA) or state and zip code together? For example, PA 17055 vs 17020. Probably an odd question. 36/10,500 miles

    Additionally, would you mind sharing your opinion regarding the below figures I was given? This is from a dealer offering D plan (family rebate). I used the calculator from Leasehackr, but I think my numbers are wrong. Monthly doesn’t add up.

    MSRP $30,325
    Sale: $28,085 (7% of MSRP)
    Additional $4,750 in rebates (didn’t have a breakdown in the rebates, I’m assuming includes D plan price)
    1.65% finance (this is where I was confused regarding MF)
    36 / 10,500 miles
    $324.25/mo

    From research it appears Ford plan pricing tends to be competitive. I was told there isn’t any additional room to discount off D plan pricing.

    I appreciate any feedback. Sorry for the long post. First time leasing.

    I thought the APR seemed off (you replied to my other post regarding the Edge MF and it was .65). I pointed out the rate to the sales person and was told 1.65 is actually very low considering 4% is the going car loan rate. Kind of frustrating and I maybe walking. Thank you again.

    Yeah, compared to traditional auto loans, the lease APR is low. But, it's still marked up from the rate that Ford publishes.

    P.S.: Can the various incentives be combined?
    E.g.: $4k customer cash + $3.5k lease cash/incentive + $250 customer loyalty? And should the incentives be taken off invoice v. MSRP?

    Negotiate your best price - could be under invoice - then subtract the incentives

    No, we don't have a list.

    It wouldn't necessarily help. It's the whole program that matters. A high residual might also come with a high money factor and few incentives/discounts.
